Ethiopia Courts Have Reopened

Ethiopian courts reopened yesterday, September 29th, officially ending the judicial system's rainy season. All adoption agencies have referral families that are awaiting court dates, which will now begin to be scheduled. Court, in Ethiopia, occurs prior to travel and, with a positive decision, finalizes each family's international adoption.
